REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Extensive Return and Cancellation Policy Service
- Refunds will be accepted only if the consumer contacts us within one hour after payment at alpnascreations@gmail.com No refunds will be granted after one hour from the moment of purchase.
- If the customer’s info is inaccurate, no refund will be issued. However, if the buyer emails us within an hour of buying the report, we will consider making the adjustments.
- No refunds will be issued once the report has been sent to the consumer.
- All qualified refunds must be processed within seven business days of the request date. However, this is dependent on the transaction and processing time taken by the bank/payment gateway.
- If a mistaken double payment is made against a single order, one payment will be returned.
- All refunds will be provided after deducting any transaction fees imposed by the bank and/or payment gateway, as well as any additional fees incurred by Alpnas Art in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.
Complete Return and Cancellation Policy Product
- All printed items, including the Horoscope, Year Book, Trikal Samhita, and Janam Patri, are non-refundable.
- If a consumer discovers a damaged/defective/broken goods, he or she may request a replacement. This consumer should contact alpnascreations@gmail.com within two working days of receiving the merchandise. No refunds will be granted after two days from the date of goods delivery.
- All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, together with any invoices and labels. Customers must file a claim within two days after delivery by sending an email to alpnascreations@gmail.com with photographs of broken/defective/damaged merchandise. Sellers may not accept disputes filed after two days after delivery.
